Soon after delivery, your doula will visit you at home to evaluate your recovery, build your newborn care confidence, and provide lactation assistance. If desired, she offers a compassionate space to process birth experience, along with hands-on infant care support to help ease your transition into motherhood.

    • 2 Weeks- 2 (4hr) postpartum visits per week [16hrs]

    NightOwl Support

    Overnight Postpartum Support

    This is used anytime in the first 6 months following birth.

    Investment $350/night

    • 8-hour shift

    • Available between 9pm-7am Sun-Fri

      • Overnight baby care

      • Light meal prep

      • Light housekeeping (dishes, bottles, pump supplies, laundry, etc.)

      • Emotional Support

      • Feeding support

      • Establish gentle sleep hygiene

      • Unbiased, non-judgmental support

      • Provide referrals for resources and support

    Extra PP Support Hours

    This can be added anytime within the 1st year following birth

    $50/hour (2-hour minimum)

    • Flexible postpartum shifts tailored to meet your specific care needs.

    • Available Mon-Sat

      • Snooze– 5am-11am – Doula arrives at your home early in the morning to help the day get started smoothly while you get a few extra hours in the morning to rest.

      • Mama Care–  9am-7pm – we provide trusted, experienced, worry-free care for your newborn so you can shower, spend time with the other children, take a minute to regroup and center or simply to take some much needed time for yourself.

      • Just Need a Helping Hand– 9am-7pm
